This two day course provides an introduction for those wishing to gain a deeper understanding into this fascinating subject, and how it can be of use in your professional life as well as your own personal life. On this two day course you will discover: What hypnosis is, and why it is useful The relationship between your conscious and unconscious mind The mind-body connection, and why it is important Techniques for hypnosis, self-hypnosis and mindfulness How hypnosis can be used to assist relaxation and increase calm How to use language to induce trance. Course fee £390.00, to include course manual, relaxation CD, light buffet lunch and refreshments. This fee is deductible from the cost of attending our Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, should you decide to undertake further study following this course. We like to keep our courses small, and this course is limited to just five delegates; please book early to avoid disappointment. Accommodation is available locally if you wish to stay overnight.
