There could be several reasons that stem up quicken error cc-601 such as an unrecognized bank account, not making any transactions in the last 12 months, or having a zero balance in the account. To eliminate quicken error code cc-601 you must verify the bank account and make sure that some transactions have been performed in the last 12 months. Sometimes, the problem resolves on its own in 12 to 24 hours. If nothing works then you will need to deactivate and then reactivate your Quicken account. Deactivation and reactivation can be performed from the Tools section, go to the Account list then click Edit. Now you will need to choose online services and click Deactivate.
